Special prices restricted to online orders only. All sales are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to cancellation for any reason. All orders are subject to cancellation due to a sell out. All orders are processed in order of purchase. If the item is sold out your online order will be cancelled.

Order Acceptance Policy
Order confirmations do not indicate our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute of our offer to sell. PelicanProducts.US reserves the right to accept or cancel any order for any or no reason. All orders must establish an acceptable method of payment.

PelicanProducts.US may require verifications or additional information before processing your order. Missing, incorrect, or fraudulent information may result in order cancellation without prior notice. We do not accept emails containing credit card information.

Sales Tax
PelicanProducts.us will charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered within Utah. Each customer will be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to other states.

Payment Policy
PelicanProducts.US accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express from US banks. Your card will be billed at the time of shipment. No surcharge will be assessed for use of a credit card. Purchase orders are not accepted. In the event that your credit card is declined, a notice will be posted in the tracking information for your account at PelicanProducts.US Click here to login to your account.  To resolve payment issues, please contact sales@PelicanProducts.US or (435)245-6642. If the issue is not resolved within 7 business days, your order will be cancelled.

Coupon Policy
PelicanProducts.US occasionally offers promotional coupons. These coupons are for web orders only and may expire at any time without notice. Only one coupon may be redeemed per online order. promotional coupons are subject to terms and conditions.

Shipping Policy
PelicanProducts.US ships orders Monday through Friday via UPS or US Mail or Fed Ex. Average ground delivery time is 7-12 business days.  Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will be processed the following business day. If your order will be shipped to a location different than the billing address, that location must be on file with your credit card company. PelicanProducts.US will contact your credit card company to verify the shipping address on all orders.

All orders requesting Next Day, Second Day, or Three-Day Select shipping should contact 435-245-6642 or sales@pelicanproducts.us prior to ordering to check product availability. If your order is out of stock, and you requested Next Day, Second Day, or Three-Day Select as your shipping method, you will be contacted via e-mail within 24-48 business hours.

PelicanProducts.US does not ship internationally. As a safeguard against fraudulent orders, all orders placed at PelicanProducts.US will require a signature upon delivery. 

Return / Exchange Policy
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for exchange or credit, shipping & handling is not refundable. Customers returning items for credit will be charge up to a 15% restocking fee.  Customers returning items for exchange will be bill or credited the difference and also will be charge the new shipping & handling costs.

Warranty Information / Repair
Lifetime Guarantee does not cover Roto Molded or AALG products. Refer to www.pelican.com/warranty for full details or New Pelican Warranty Information (PDF).
To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Pelican Products, Inc. at 23215 Early Avenue, Torrance, CA 90505 or sales@pelican.com. Contact Pelican directly at 1-800-473-5422 (310-326-4700 inside CA) for a return authorization.

Injection Molded Cases Warranty
Pelican Legendary Full Lifetime Gaurantee of Excellence Pelican Products, Inc. guarantees its products for a lifetime against breakage or defects in workmanship. Pelican’s liability is limited to the case and not its contents or foam.

Flashlights Warranty
Pelican Legendary Full Lifetime Gaurantee of Excellence Pelican Products, Inc. guarantees its lights for a lifetime against breakage or defects in workmanship. This guarantee does not cover the lamp or batteries (rechargeable or alkaline). Refer to www.pelican.com/warranty for full details.

Remote Area Lighting Systems Warranty
Pelican 1 Year Limited Warranty For AALG Products Pelican Products, Inc. (“Pelican^TM”) warrants to the original purchaser its Remote Area Lighting Systems (RALS) and all other products manufactured by the Advanced Area Lighting Group (AALG) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, service, and maintenance for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This guarantee does not cover the lamp or batteries (rechargeable or alkaline), or foam.
